Konser Gala: Paduan Suara Jerman di Surabaya dan Jakarta Konser gala dipimpin dirigen ternama, Gudni Emilsson akan membuka acara JERIN, sebuah acara kerja sama internasional yang luar biasa. Paduan Suara Batavia Madrigal, Amadeus String Orkestra, Orkes Kamar Tübinger dan Orkes Philharmoni Thailand akan tampil dengan 150 pemusik dalam dua konser, yaitu di Surabaya dan Jakarta.

Komposisi yang akan ditampilkan antara lain „Egmont“ karya Ludwig von beethoven, komposisi dari Opera „Freischütz“ karya Carl Maria von Weber, “Lohengrin“ maupun „Tannhäuser“ karya Richard Wagner serta cuplikan dari „Carmina Burana“ karya Carl Orff. Acara ini terselenggara atas dukungan Mercedes Benz.

JERIN Opening Extravaganza: Classical Gala Concert Under the musical direction of the renowned conductor Gudni Emilsson, a remarkable international co-operation is bringing together 150 top musicians from Indonesia, Thailand and Germany. The Batavia Madrigal Singers, the Amadeus String Orchestra, the Tübingen Chamber Orchestra and the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra are joining together to stage two unique concerts in Surabaya and Jakarta. Supported by Mercedes Benz, performances of Beethoven’s “Egmont“, Carl Maria von Weber’s operatic “Freischütz“, “Lohengrin“ and “Tannhäuser“ by Wagner and Carl Orff’s celebrated “Carmina Burana“ promise an unforgettable concert experience which will be the first of JERIN’s exciting programme of events.

About Event
Maher Zain, the notable young moslem singer, although was born in Sweden, comes from a Lebanese origin. He spent sometime in the United States during his youth time where he started his singing career there. His debut album titled ‘Thank You Allah’ was released on November 1st, 2009 contains 13 original songs with 2 bonus tracks. The album was followed shortly by an exclusive percussion version as well as one in French language.

By January 2009, Maher signed up & began working on his second album under Awakening Records. He announced that in his second album, he will be also releasing a Malay version of the album ‘Insya Allah’ having previously released one in French & Arabic along with the music videos. Collaborating in this track, is Fadly, a band member from the Indonesian band Padi, whom have done a few religious scores before. Moreover, Maher will aslo be singing some of this songs in Bahasa Indonesia like the song ‘For the rest of my life’ titled ‘Sepanjang hidup’ for the Indonesian version. The track was released by Sony Music Indonesia.
